The construction industry is often considered as traditional and, in Kerala, in particular, it has seen slowing productivity and increasing costs in recent years. Technology, however, has been accelerating the pace of development for the society, and in face of the challenges ahead we must change and transform for a better performance. The TDLCCS is set up with the aim to explore and identify innovative techniques and technologies, both locally and nearby states, that are suitable for adoption in the Indian construction industry, to bring greater productivity, sustainability and safety.
TDLCCS, Thrissur District Labour Contract Co- Operative Society was launched to present an impeccable infrastructure for the future, which blends with cultural and social aspects in order to build up a strong and organized society. TDLCCS enriches social values and virtue to eliminate the obstacles prevailing. We aim at developing a co-operative environment in order to make innovative and revolutionary changes in the infrastructure of our country.
TDLCCS would also serve as a platform to facilitate mutual exchange of ideas and information; and strengthen collaboration. Together we can create greater synergy.

Unarv is a project conceived by the Thrissur District Labor Contract Cooperative Society to help the needy students. This year too, study materials were distributed to over 3000 students in selected schools.
The foundation stone of the Isolation Ward at Pazhayannur Community Health Center, which is being constructed by the Thrissur District Labor Contract Co-operative Society, was laid by the Hon'ble Minister for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes Development, Devas and Parliamentary Affairs, Shri. K Radhakrishnan performed.
